Help for Students Who Don't Speak English

Where can I find bilingual education help? Bilingual education--classes taught in a child’s native language while the student is learning English--is not offered in every school or school district. However, every school is required to have an English as a Second Language (ESL) program.  To get ESL or Bilingual help you must fill out a Home Language Survey.
